Standalone usb touchpad

I'm thinking of buying a standalone USB touchpad, but I'm not sure if they're supported by Linux yet.

Here's one reseller in Europe, selling the Easy Cat 2 Button Glidepoint Touchpad for EUR 48.2545.00 excl. BTW of bij Salland voor EUR 42.00.

There's also a GP-410ub with 4 buttons and a GP-415UB Smart Cat Pro ? 4 Button + 4 programmable hotlinks (excl. BTW) but this last one is not shown within the official Addesso shop? Oh yes, here it is.
